Osano is an experienced Business Developer with 8 Years of experience working in the Mobility as a Service (MaaS) and E-commerce Industries, with a range of skills in strategic planning, customer service, and Product Development.Growing up, I never envisioned myself going into business. I was a teacher first, then a ghostwriter, then a writer, a delivery boy, then a small business owner. I have learned to appreciate the process, it has been a journey of discovery of myself that wouldn't have happened in a better way. Eight years and counting, I have never looked back since. I realized that I get a lot of satisfaction in solving people's problems by making them my own. Looking back on what has gotten me here, I'd count Curiosity, Patience, Discipline and Just Caring about other people's needs.I'm passionate about technology and just how much it can transform and is actively transforming how we do business in Africa. I am excited about the opportunity that the African continent presents to us, coupled with globalization, there is just so much to explore.My Goal in life is to create business structures that add value to society whilst offering competitive employment opportunities and experience to their workforce.
