Ona has proven herself as a strong team player working with project team on cell therapy product development, and quality control assay implementation. The work was carried out under extremely tight timelines and stringent quality requirements. Ona individually focused on different protein leakage (ELISA based), biotin binding capacity and functional – cellular assays. Ona has mastered each of the assays, took part in method validation activities, contributed to method validation documentation preparation. All method validation activities are part of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) at our company and require very disciplined approach to experimental work and document preparation which is a useful feature to strengthen for any employee to move forward in their studies and carriers. Due to the initiative she showed in her daily tasks and fast overall progress, Ona was promoted to scientist II position in less than a year, which is not a standard case at our company. At the end of 2022 Ona took additional responsibilities driving V&V (validation and verification) activities, worked with product design team, and lead design review sessions within the international core team. She was highly praised for her utmost professionalism, attention to detail and thoughtful scientific insights. Ona also has been involved in group journal club where she regularly prepared scientific article reviews and presented to R&D colleagues. She easily makes an in-depth analysis of documented research, creates professionally prepared presentations, has commendable presentation skills. She handles stress very well, works efficiently under tight schedule. In summary, I would happily hire Ona Šaulianskaitė again or would confidently recommend her as an excellent employee to any team. If you require additional information, I could be reached by phone +370-67964484 or email lolita.zaliauskiene@thermofisher.com. Sincerely, Lolita Zaliauskiene, Ph.D. Senior R&D Manager Thermo Fisher Scientific Baltics" and "I want to highly recommend Ona Šaulianskaitė, who worked at our laboratory at ThermoFisher Scientific in Vilnius, Lithuania (EU) as a scientist in 2021-2022. Since her arrival, Ona has been an integral part of a highly-innovative project aimed at developing novel products. Thus, Ona actively engaged in various product development activities: particularly noteworthy is her contribution to the creation and validation of multiple quality control tests from the ground up. Also, what is even more important, she played a vital role in a new product commercialization process, participating in activities such as product design verification and validation. On the technical side, Ona consistently exhibited a strong command over a diverse range of scientific techniques and methodologies.
