In my Part Time Job I have the Responsibility of :◦ Making sure that our clients are picked up always on time with an Excellent and safe service◦ Making sure our drivers are wearing full uniform during their work hours◦ Making sure that the wedding transportation service for our Clients are organized up to our clients satisfactory◦ Making sure our fleet of cars are Clean and supplied with what our clients demandMy main activities is to : ◦ Book wedding cars & organize pick ups as discussed with our clients◦ Create data Sheets by using Microsoft word & Microsoft Excel so we keep our payment reports & our client reports up to date◦ Answer our clients queries by E-mail & set up meetings with our clients

My responsibilities are:- Processing orders with suppliers & coordinating shipments- Updating receipt of stock into stock management system.- Keep salespersons updated with ETA’s of incoming stock- Periodic reporting as required by management- Ensuring timely follow-up of all enquiries and handling customer related aspects of sales fulfillment.

i Have the responsibility of ◦ operating machines◦ Assisting Technician in every possible way ◦ Maintain my Machine well so it can give 100% output rate ◦ Keep my area clean so we will always be ready for internal / external Audits. Farsons company helped me move forward within my position with the opportunities my management gave me , I started as a Simple machine operator than i did exams on several machines & got promoted to machinist now i am working on the Blow Moulding machine which requires more responsibility & more independent hands on work during maintenance tasks.
