Project managing multiple streams to enable a video consultation capability on 2 of Healthdirect's current telephone-based services. Using Google's innovative and free open source WebRTC (real time communications) technology bringing the benefits of a secure video broadcast using peer-to-peer communications, with high resolution video using error correction at 30fps, etc. The streams I monitored included application development which is using Agile Scrum, infrastructure, marketing, website development, operations & technical support, legal, clinical governance, and L&D modules using external providers.
