I subsequently worked at Board level in a listed PLC environment for 20 yrs+ in organisations with £700M+ pa T/O & 3,000 + staff, delivering high growth through both organic means and multiple M&A. I’ve worked with 1,000s of clients, from SMEs to Global Brands & Government Departments, helping them design, implement and then maintain award winning IT, Data/Data Protection, Business Continuity & Operational Risk mitigation strategies, both in the U.K. and Globally. I've seen high growth, worked through recessions and navigated many market trends. I understand first-hand the challenges faced by Businesses, either as someone responsible for owning the P&L; managing investor expectations; or as an advisor offering expertise to others seeking to acquire/sell and/or improve/grow their business.
