With over 30 years of experience in counseling and chaplaincy, I am passionate about helping men from diverse and challenging backgrounds achieve their personal and professional goals. I am the founder of One Brother To Another Inc., a nonprofit organization that provides men's counseling, life coaching, and transformational teaching focused on improving men's mental, physical, spiritual, and social wellness. I am also a Chaplain Major at the US Air Force Reserves, where I provide religious observances, pastoral care, spiritual and moral guidance to Air Force personnel and their families. As a therapist and a Federal Bureau of Prisons Administrator, I possess a unique counseling style that focuses on high tempo males, such as law enforcement, military special operators, professional athletes, young entertainers, former gang members, and former federal prison inmates. I use three well-focused and direct approaches: Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Reality-Based Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy, which enable men to navigate stress, anxiety, depression, and self-esteem challenges. I also facilitate positive group interaction and mutual support under stressful situations. My motto is to rescue, rebuild, and restore men to their full potential and purpose.
