As an ICT graduate student I completed many assignments in the Strategic Operations Department for the Ericson OSS Product Development Unit. My work was primarily focused on the governance of strategic outsource partners, preparation for the relationship review meetings, the collation and review of key performance indicators (KPIs). I also completed projects in the Quality Department, business unit and other general administration tasks.

As convener I had overall responsibility for every aspect of the running or the EUDC competition. The convener serves as a chairperson of the organising committee and is responsible for total management of the organisation. The convener sets the vision for the competition, the specific operational goals for all involved with the running of the competition and managing these to completion . The competition relies on a student committee of 12 and a further staff of 40 volunteers. The competition relies on a student committee of 12 and a further staff of 40 volunteers. As convener I was the sole legal agent of the competition and as such ultimately responsible for all the financial and legal affairs of the competition . This was a considerable undertaking with a budget of approximately €250,000 and a duty to 600 participants. Other duties of the convener included fundraising for the competition and writing budget proposals. I was also engaged with team management of the organising committee through appointing, directing and motivating the team.
