Oversaw major curriculum overhaul by designing and assembling curriculum project teams for the following graduate initiatives: • Master of Science in Accounting. • Business Intelligence MBA and undergraduate concentrations and graduate certificate. • Entrepreneurship MBA concentration and graduate certificate. • Customer Experience Management MBA concentration and graduate certificate. • Global Supply Chain Management MBA and undergraduate concentrations.

Obtained programmatic accreditation and implemented faculty and learning outcomes processes to satisfy accreditation standards. • Managed and supervised the hiring of 53 academically qualified full time faculty during the 2012 – 2013 academic year. • Managed the largest College within the University which included its Graduate school. • Grew number of undergraduate programs from 3 to 4 and Graduate programs from 4 to 5. • Forged partnership with Intel in their support of the new Business Intelligence program allowing students to gain access to state-of-the-art business intelligence technology. • Developed and led the implementation of an overall learning outcomes assessment process for the College. This allowed to achieve compliance with accreditor requirements. • Led the process of and achieved accreditation with the Accreditation Council for Business Schools and Programs (ACBSP). Accreditation was obtained for all Business programs and separate Accounting accreditation was obtained for the accounting programs. • Led and managed the process for complying with the State Board of Accountancy of several states on student requirements for sitting for the CPA examination.

Increased student enrollments by 10% and at the same time increased entry requirements for College of Management graduate programs. • Member of the PhD in Business Administration planning and design group, College of Management, University of Massachusetts, Boston. Program approved by the Massachusetts Board of Higher Education in 2011.
