We specialize in strip lagging for pulleys. This is due to the ease of installation, which is by far the most Important factor in ensuring a proper bond strength to the pulley face.All our products are 500mm wide, and in standard form are supplied in 6.5m or 12.5m long rolls. The length is a multiple of most pulley sizes so this reduces waste.If the client prefers, we are also able to supply strips of appropriate length to suit any face of pulley. Rubber backed ceramic strips come with rubber-only ends to assist in trimming.All our products come standard with a CN bonding layer which increases the bonding strength to the pulley surface.Our standard available thicknesses are 10mm (no ceramic products) 12mm, 15mm, 20mm and 25mm.One of the most noticeable features of our Rubber backed ceramic range is the use of chamfered grooves which have proven to resist mud and sand build up in the grooves of the lagging, allowing the lagging to continue to provide traction even in the most aggressive of environments.Our latest premium product is Onyx tread, a rubber backed ceramic lagging with a design specific to higher speed belts, wetter environments and has been designed to be anti-vibration.We also undertake custom designs for projects and clients.
