I would briefly describe myself as a hard worker, who is decisive and very ambitious, I am constantly looking for bigger and better challenges, as I am not motivated by anything which I master or which does n't challenge me.I am actually motivated by activities which challenge my thinking and take me out of my "comfort zone" - ( to create and operate mental boundaries) and which are both internally and externally rewarding.In addition to the above I am also motivated to learn more about my work and subjects of interests as I believe this helps me to reduce ignorance as far my work is concerned as well as in my day to day life challenges. In an attempt to be more informed I have so far completed a Bachelor of Technology in Marketing, a National Diploma in Marketing, Diploma of the plastics and rubber institute and a Rubber workshop practice course, I have also been attending conferences which have to me been changing my way of thinking and occasionally read inspirational books with a message of helping oneself to think outside any boundaries. I believe that what I mentioned above has helped me to be able to help my employer in executing my tasks with precision and tackling problems from an informed perspective. I have learnt to be pro-active when dealing with clients and also resolving any of the challenges which they may be faced with, and I will continue using this skill as it is a very invaluable skill amongst the many that I possess.
