• Oversee all purchase, design, configuration, and troubleshooting of corporate network and remote offices across the United States and some parts of Canada• Full Stack Meraki environment: MX, MS, MR, and MV. Utilize Cisco ASA for disaster recovery through iLand• Purchase, manage, and troubleshoot all telecommunications accounts including internet circuits, POTS lines, and PRIs• Travel as needed to build out or repair network and phone equipment.• Mitel (ShoreTel) Director PBX administrator. Configure all aspects of PBX including trunks, trunk groups, hunt groups, etc.• Configure all ShoreGear switches, ShoreTel/Mitel phones IP480G and IP485G, and manage Mitel Connect App• Purchase, maintain, and troubleshoot iPhones and manage both Verizon and ATT accounts including billing, maintenance, auditing, building reports for management, and asset recovery• Manage cell phones using Meraki MDM solution tied in from DEP• Work with vendors to purchase equipment and manage contractors for building out additional infrastructure.• Spearheaded several large-scale projects with managers and executives including construction of 3 major facilities which necessitated top to bottom network and IPT design, configuration, and travel on-site to rack and stack equipment. • Contracted to Chevron through CompuCom• Utilize Remedy ticketing system.• Establishes data connections by running, pulling, and terminating Ethernet and Fiber• Responsible for establishing/updating technical documents of IPT and network configuration/troubleshooting.• On call every 5 weeks, primarily assisting the downtown location, to assist with after-hours repair of downed switches. • Maintains Cisco IPT, switches, and routers in IDF and data centers across Greater Houston Area locations based out of downtown• Performs IPT/Voicemail adds, moves, changes, and deletions to Cisco Call Manager 10 using Cisco 7961, 7965, 8945, 7937, 8831• Maintains a variety of Cisco Layer 2 and 3 switches including Catalyst 4507 and 6500 running IOS 15.0, Nexus 5k, 2k, and NX-OS• Spearheaded the deployment of Cisco Wireless Access Points in the largest public infrastructure project of 2015/16 using Cisco Prime to verify their functionality. Responsible for troubleshooting and escalating any issues as necessary.

• Utilize web based Zendesk ticketing system • Troubleshooting Windows 7, XP, and Microsoft Office with an emphasis on Outlook, internet connectivity issues, printers of various models including Kyocera, Savin, and HP. • Configure/maintain Cisco Catalyst switches 3750, 3850, 6500, Cisco VoIP phones 7912, 7940, 7960 using Cisco Call Manager.• Install necessary software and hardware and provide support by keeping user’s applications up to date and functional. Resetting passwords. Setting up fax lines. • Setting up A/V equipment for teleconferencing• Using DameWare or LogMeIn to provide remote assistance.• Integrate new users using ADManager by creating new account, moving it into proper OU, adding to appropriate groups, setting up workstation PC, monitors, phone, and printers.
