This job has allowed me to grow as an individual over the time I have worked there. I have developed a range of valuable skills including: tenacity, drive, determination and resilience.I have worked across 20 accounts and I am always looking to go the extra mile with dialing and reporting. I look to over achieve and look to build long term relationships with clients and people I work with.Currently I am working across four different accounts, as well as dealing with client management and upholding high standards in all aspects of my job role.

I have worked part time in landscaping and garden maintenance providing me with skills such as teamwork, problem solving skills and resilience. This job has given me experience of working face to face with clients, understanding what they want and good communication skills.

I worked at PCC for 4 years and volunteering even before that. I have learnt a lot from coaching cricket; It has given me valuable skills such as patience, motivation and creativity. This was a brilliant opportunity and I'm glad I'm still involved there.
