I was volunteering in a local association in a costa rican village in a position of computer science teacher and helped in english and sport classes... I used many management tools to follow tooling design and test projects. I was in a multidisciplinary position. I designed testing experimentation setup and wrote the experimentation protocol. I did a lot of programming with VBA to improve excel tools. I wrote many technical sheets, as risk analysis in collaboration with clients, user instructions, design justifications. I also translated technical sheets to english or german. I try to read a lot about it and compare studies of productivity or quality, and the quality of living of the farmer himself, because that is also a big issue to raise.That's why I really wanted to experience to be a farmer for a while and see the quantity and quality that we can produce from a certain field with permacultural technics, to learn the different technics and und to understand this work and live the closest of the nature and the food we eat every day. So if you mix cultures and fruit trees and aromatic plants and you let the nature do the most of the job, the result is really impressive. I keep a very good experience from it because i learned observation, patience, and stillness and I learned a lot in a field that was not my speciality at all. But I keep wondering a lot of thing and I am still so curious as a child and hope to learn a lot in this field.For me, the solution of small fields of proximity with permacultural technics all around the world, and also in the cities, is a good solution against poverty and hunger, and for environmental issues. The catering sector is a very interesting training to understand the intern functioning of a structure and the relations between staff and the team spirit, but also with the clients, because you work a lot, with stress, with rapidity, you have to fullfill the quality requirements, to interact between clients and collegues, to solve intern or extern conflict, despite stubborn people, with egos, or with bad character, and sometime in other languages.I keep a very good experience from all that it taught me...
