Monitor compliance at all times to regulations. • Ensure smooth and timely movement of customer freight & the data process flow, while providing exceptional customer service.• Ensure accurate and timely billing for both clients and vendors.• Interact with customers in arranging and properly shipping their international shipments with the ultimate goal of exceeding customer service standards.• Comply with the Standard Operational Procedures measured by the established KPI (key performance indicators) standards.• Assured the compliance of U.S. Customs Laws and Regulations for international shipments.• Ensure shipment status information is communicated to overseas and customers.• Collaboratively work with other departments involved in the customers’ freight & data flow.
