- At the unveiling sales counter, my assignments are administering & supervising 5+ requirements like revising internet service providers, client computers, scales, stationery, and office work by examining monitors/cables for hardware issues & supporting shipping duties.- Aside from providing stationery, my responsibilities are collaborating with the branch head to ensure each part of the standard operating procedures (SOPs) of the sales counter by checking if packages follow shipping protocols allowing customers to get timely updates.- Regarding about tariff and delivery inspection, I have provided estimated shipping costs valued at 4M IDR by collaborating with the store manager on any delays in the shipping process (ex. heavy rain, tornado, etc.) to inform the customer as soon as possible (ASAP) and drive high retention.- In the yield process, I have increased gross sales revenue by 15M IDR ($1K USD, 20% MoM) in 1 year by utilizing Google Business Profile during the yield process and strategically offering customers incentives to drive repeat orders.
