The Director of International Purchasing oversees the procurement of international products at Turn5. Working closely with the Product Development Team will manage the source operations in Asia & LATAM, primarily China, and Mexico in support of overall business and product strategy objectives, lead negotiation, supplier qualification, and supplier onboarding processes. Handle all International Logistic Operations and 3PL - Freight Forwarders to keep inventory levels at maximum capacity. Lead a team of sourcing professionals across multiple geographies, setting clear direction and ensuring appropriate capabilities are developed across the group to oversee the planning of raw materials, manufacturing, packaging, and final delivery to any fulfillment center. Will have the goal of obtaining the best quality and value for products through effective bidding, negotiation, and supplier management, including inbound cost and lead time for all shipments.

Manage construction projects of five star hotels in Latin America and Cuba, as well as management of the golf courses for tourism. Organize daily meetings with China Office on the completion and commissioning of buildings.
