Wincher is based in Sweden and is one of the fastest growing companies within the SEO SaaS-industry with over 450k users.Reporting directly to the CEO, I'm responsible for helping Wincher optimize acquisition and retention by working together with Sales, Marketing, CS and Product team.We implement and test new strategies in different channels on monthly basis with the goal to improve retention, acquisition and monetization.I'm also highly involved into product growth, optimizing onboarding flows, cancelation flows and helping the company constantly adapt product to market requirements.

Pushnews is a SaaS web push notification provider. We are one of the biggest providers in Brazil, with over 2000 websites using our tool, including the largest publishers and e-commerce platforms in the country.I joined in 2017 as the first hire and helped the company grow from €0 to €1M ARR, working hands-on in various roles such as customer support, customer success, marketing, sales, and product. It was a truly fast-paced environment.Throughout my experience at Pushnews, I was responsible for testing different strategies and approaches to increase acquisition and retention and setting up processes for new hires.In sales, I tested various approaches from inbound and outbound sales at every stage of the sales cycle, from prospecting to conducting live demos to closing deals. My biggest achievement was closing the largest accounts, which were the market leaders in their niches—most of them through outbound sales. Ultimately, I hired, trained, and managed four salespeople.In marketing and growth, I tested and managed all acquisition channels. The focus was mainly on conversion optimization tactics to increase the conversion rate from trial to paid subscriptions.In the early days, I was responsible for customer support and customer success, where I focused on building relationships with customers and increasing retention. We achieved a negative churn rate several times. Eventually, we started hiring more people.Regarding product development, I worked on the frontline with the founder, contributing to the product vision by bringing in new product ideas aimed at MRR expansion. We successfully increased ARPU from dozens to hundreds of euros per month.
