The past 10 years in recruitment & staffing industry, my career from sales executive to business development director of the organization, I served more than 150 HR leaders on their hiring matters, from blue collars to white collars talent recruitment across established enterprise and MNC. My delivery model to my client are simple 5 steps : Understand, Consult, Execute, Review, Enhance. Over the years, i focus on serving manufacturing, retail and technology companies while we also open to explore other related industry if we are confident to deliver.As a BD, rather focus only on driving more new customer, my passion are witnessing my team growth, we always review, develop, and improve our HR strategy from time to time, and provide our employees an open platform to grow.
