The efforts of the team saved Rolls Royce over $850,000 per year and increased product safety. The new process was rolled out over 2 months and required the coordination of over 50 engineers across 9 engine programs. Other responsibilities included: - Forecasting recourse allocation across new engine programs following an organizational restructuring for the chief of development engineering.- Contributing to a 75-page test plan proposal for the United States Air Force to test the B-52 Engines.- Analyzing components to validate requirements for the United States Army FLRAA program.- Managing continuous improvement projects throughout Rolls Royce test cells to ensure testing continued and safety standards were maintained.

My team and I have been working on developing the next generation of LiftSystem for the F-35B (the product that allows the F-35 to vertically take-off and land). As a member of the design team, I conduct product simulations to validate new components and present my findings to the senior engineering team. Moreover, I have helped lead a team to implement a state of the art production line at Rolls Royce’s single crystal operations plant to increase efficiency and operator safety as well as decrease production waste. Lastly, I have been designing a FOD (foreign object debris) management system for the LiftSystem production facility to prevent potential FOD breaches in the production line.

Jaunt Air Mobility is designing one of the first electric rotorcraft for transportation of passengers and cargo across congested cities along with hybrid electric military aircraft that will model the revolutionary slowed rotor technology used in its commercial counterparts. Throughout my internship, I was tasked with designing the cockpit of Jaunt aircraft in SolidWorks as well as working with industry partners in order to go through an irritative design process until everyone was satisfied with the final product. Moreover, I have been involved in the design and project management process where I was required to attend serval national conferences with Jaunt (like NBAA and HAI Heli expo) as well as attend board meetings to discusses industry relations with partner companies.
