My role through this DHS program is to provide 1:1 support for my stepson so that he can engage in his activities of daily living.This role allows me to work closely with vendors, doctors and case workers to provide my stepson with the supports he needs to enjoy a fuller life, as well as the experience of advocating for him and his specific needs and making sure he receives the supports he is entitled to.

Supervise dock employees so that orders are loaded onto the trucks properly and accurately and customer orders are filled without errors.Supervise dock employees during their shifts to ensure that the dock is safe and the employees are productive.

At Les Schwab, I am responsible for all aspects of customer service and sales, from simple repairs to major purchases for damaged tires, struts and brakes.I manage the customer experience from start to finish.

In this position I had multiple responsibilities, from shipping and receiving to sales and customer service.I was crossed trained heavily in this position and was able to do well and be productive in every role.

Supervised 20 farm employees and was the lead foreman in charge of shipping and receiving, sales and inventory management.
