Job Objective: Ensure compliance with the requirements of customers by operating quality control in production floor and the implementation of effective prevention techniques and troubleshooting. Principal responsibilities:o Coordinate and train to quality inspectors for perform audits and teach appearance criteria in production floor.o Manage and ensure compliance and improve of PFMEA and Control Plan during start and current production.o Internal Auditor in compliance with ISO TS 16949. (In process to migrate to IATF 16949).o Coordinate workshops in order to scrap reduction focused in the constantly reduction with targets of -30 % every month.o Internal instructor of QRQC methodology for troubleshooting to operators and engineers.o Provide a quickly response to incidents with customer through 8d´so Implement Statistical process control and constantly monitoring, proposing action plans to variation reduction.o Validation of product and process according PPAP requirements.

 Elaboration of flow charts, FMEA and set up of parameters. Elaboration of work instruction and training to operators. Poka Yoke implementation and automatic tests. Workshops focused to cost reduction (HOSHIN). Design and validation of assembly lines.
