-Launched the company Nopal Bros. Inc. in South Texas to sell nopal cactus snacks in the U.S.-Designed the branding of the product. -Developed commercial relationship with corporate buyers of major U.S. retailers like Wal-Mart, Amazon and H-E-B. to sell Nopal Bros. Inc. products at their stores.-Created a channel of distribution to sell the products in regions of Texas, California and Minnesota.-Designed marketing campaigns and promotional events at stores and regional/national expos, as well as social media campaigns, to promote Nopal Bros. products.-Won the award for ‘Most Innovative Savory Snack” at the Sweets & Snacks Expo, the biggest and most important snack expo in the US. Held in Chicago in 2012. The other winners in that edition were international giants Mars, Wrigley, Ferrero, Jelly Beans.-Managed relationship at store level with stores managers and supervisors in Texas area.-Obtained regional exposure and free press by contacting newspapers editor and getting featured on the front page of several newspapers in the area, including “The Monitor”, the most important newspaper in the south Texas region known as the Rio grand Valley. -Designed attractive point of sale merchandising that allow for optimum location of the products at stores.-Designed attractive promotional merchandising (shirts, bracelets, stickers, caps) that created emotional bond between costumers and the brand.

-Responsible for planning, execution and control of activities for the efficient management of 2 projects to manufacture high steam pressure generators. One project consisted in building 3 industrial boilers for Japanese Gas company (JGC) and installation in Saudi Arabia, the other project consisted in building one Heat Recovery steam generator for Comision Federal de Electricidad in Mexico.-In charge of optimization of scarce operational resources and the effective interaction between all departments involved in the project, from Engineering and Procurement to Manufacturing and Field Assembly, resulting in the delivery of the 2 projects before schedule complying with all technical specifications.-Led successful negotiations with national and international suppliers to improve commercial terms and delivery dates. -Improved the communication channels between clients and Cerrey resulting in the decrease of response time between both parties. -Team leader of quick response teams for unexpected problems in the fabrication and assembly of industrial boilers.

-Project coordinator for fabrication of equipment and supply of materials for field assembly in 2 power plants upgrade projects for Mitsubishi and Comision Federal de Electricidad, achieving completion of project and payment before schedule.

- Designed new production lines for coil assembly and upgraded existing boiler fabrication processes resulting in the elimination of idle times, optimization of plant space and provided a safer working environment for employees.
