• In 2021, I was tasked with building Presto's new Group IT department and the Swedish IT department, from scratch to now delivering IT services to six countries and 1600 end-users. We grew by 30 employees over three years within Group IT and the Swedish IT department.• Implemented a new management model to support and organize the digitalization of our business areas.• Strong focus on helping countries build up local IT capability and organization, as well as integrating acquisitions into our shared IT environment.• Today, we have packaged the IT delivery within what we call Shared Services, where we structure and deliver all centralized services to the countries. This includes IT operations and infrastructure, system development and management, central applications, and IT security.• As a business-driven IT department, our mission is to support business development within each operational area. We achieve this today by, among other things, procuring and developing our own systems and applications, sales support through AI, web development, product development (IoT), and ensuring the right tools/hardware for the right task, whether the need is in an office space or an underground bunker.• Responsible for several projects where we replaced legacy systems with new scalable solutions. CRM, Web, Office 365, hosting, company network and most recently, the transition to a new field service system.•Negotiated our supplier contracts and centralized IT services, resulting in significant savings for Presto.•Built a new development department and implemented an agile working method (SCRUM). Established a new support organization for user support and IT support.

• I established Anticimex first dedicated IT operations department, where we worked intensively to consolidate Anticimex entities in Sweden into a unified environment and network. • I led Anticimex transition to the cloud, enhancing resource availability and enabling scalability to support rapid growth and the integration of new acquisitions. • Executed major initiatives in cyber and information security. Implemented real-time monitoring of networks, applications, and underlying environments, while also training Anticimex staff in cyber and information security.• My department participated in one of Anticimex most extensive technology overhauls, decommissioning legacy systems and replacing them with a new ERP and Field Service system. This included a comprehensive migration of the server infrastructure to a new, modern data center. • Renegotiated and centralized all IT contracts, resulting in significant cost savings. • Implemented new methods and procedures for incident management• Established a separate service delivery model for Anticimex Insurance to address their unique needs, driven by specific requirements from the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority (Finansinspektionen).

E-commerce, Co-owner: Sales of wristwatches. We launched an online platform for wristwatch sales. I was responsible for the IT-related aspects of the business, constructing an e-commerce platform integrated with our wristwatch suppliers.The platform managed the entire business chain, including product presentation to customers, logistics, user support, and more. When we reached a predetermined volume within the company, we sold the business.

Overall responsibility for the system development and management, e-commerce including the book club operations. I was tasked with establishing an IT function for Bonnierförlagen book clubs. Focus was on the central systems for the clubs, as ERP, E-commers platforms, logistic system covering the entire process from order to book delivery. We implemented several critical solutions to streamline and enhance the sales-to-delivery process.

I worked as an IT Technician/Operations Technician with troubleshooting and development as the primary focus. I managed and coordinated support for network, software, hardware, and servers in a Windows environment for employees at Statens fastighetsverk. I participated in several significant deployment projects for client devices to staff, including packaging and deployment of software packages.

My primary responsibilities included the management and ongoing development of existing IT infrastructure. Daily tasks involved handling networks, hardware and software upgrades, server maintenance, support, and troubleshooting in both Mac and PC environments. I oversaw hardware and software procurement, from soliciting quotes to frequently implementing these acquisitions into the operational workflow.
