• Lead closing activities and ensure accurate Legal and Management reporting.• Analyse monthly performance and root causes to promote action planning.• Prepare annual budget and monthly rolling forecast.• Supervise and guide subordinates. • Periodically review balance sheet items. • Manage cash flow planning and treasury function.• A key representative of tax matters with liaising to IRAS officers and tax agents.• Ensure accurate GST compliance and submission.• Review audited financial statement and ensure accurate XBRL filing.• Monitor work process to ensure robust internal control.

Responsibilities and Scope of Duties: i. Responsible for the financial closing of the accounts of the Food & Beverage Retail business.ii. To provide support in the design and monitoring of operation process flows for the business segment.iii. To provide support to daily operational activities by planning and monitoring the cash-flow and expenditures of the business segment.iv. To provide support as the primary point of contact for troubleshooting of issues encountered with the use of Navision accounting platform/application. v. To prepare and assist in liaisons with auditors (both internal and external), tax agents, GST submission and other miscellaneous matters pertaining to the business segment.vi. To provide support to management decision making process through analysis of business trends.
