I'm a mission driven communications professional passionate about promoting and marketing for organizations who work towards the greater good -- whether that be through improving patient healthcare or a new product that will revolutionize the way we do things! I believe that through communication we can craft narratives and stories that effectively communicate organizational strategies and create change. Throughout my career, I have been able to tell the stories of individuals, groups, and organizations successfully to varied audiences. The majority of my experience is in healthcare where I focus on excellent patient outcomes by creating equitable environments. In particular, I’m doing so by working on results driven recruitment marketing and employer/talent brand campaigns by incorporating a wide range of communication practices such as events, social media, video, and graphic design. And as queer a latinx person, I know these efforts cannot be done without an eye that is actively assessing for unconscious bias and a lens for diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging. Through my own experience and collaborative work with multicultural stakeholders, I have also created campaigns to highlight underrepresented groups and made space for their voices as well as actively consulted on spaces where this is needed.I am always open to learning more about opportunities to leverage my knowledge and experience and find alignment in my career.
