Process redefinition, development and implementation of a new ERP system at Volkswagen Audi España, S.A.- Executive Director Deputy i4i project: Reporting to the Project Executive Director, I was responsible of the realization and delivery of the i4i investigation project report of + 17M € to execute in four years.- Ministry of Industry IT reporting: Reporting to CTECNO President, I belong to a group of experts that during 8 months advised to the Ministry of Industry, preparing a report that analyzed and detailed the New Technologies / ICT impact in current and future situation of all industries in Spain and in their business models, with special detail for Energy sector.- 1st Executive Director CIBERIA Project of consortium MEDIA 2020: Reporting to the President of consortium MEDIA2020, I was responsible of the realization and delivery of the CIBERIA investigation project report of + 22M € to execute in four years.
