Moving into the Category Manager position for Away from Home, I’ve moved my scope to the commercial side of the business. Working closely with KAM teams and customers within Service Trade, HORECA and Fast Serve. As the only category manager for a wide range of customers in AfH, I’ve worked in many areas and customer projects, ranging from:* Leading large category development projects in major convenience and petrol chains.*Developing planogram input and analysis for NPD launches in trade windows to increase assortment listings and optimize sales.*Working on opportunity and bounce back plans for our Service Trade business during and after the pandemic.*Planning field sales target setting and picture of success in terms of range and visibility, to mention a few areas.I’ve also kept responsibilities within our digital transformation agenda, mainly leading a study together with NEPA of the aggregator market in Sweden, to research insights on how to further develop beverage incidence in food orders online.

Working in the marketing department as a Category Manager responsible for strategy and projects, I held a role providing category insights and analysis for key stakeholders both in the commercial organization in CCEP, as well as the brand owners in The Coca-Cola Company. I developed Brand and Product scorecards to follow up on product launches as well as establishing relevant KPIs for several commercial projects. Deep dives within strategic categories such as Colas, Water - along with analysis of the pack evolution in launching new Can and PET variants in the Swedish market. I was also highly involved in developing new strategies and scoping of the beverage market in e-commerce. Working on both e-com market analysis to educate the commercial organization, as well as setting up a new category vision for online sales of CCEP products. As collaborations deepened, I developed an e-commerce scorecard to track our sales development online.

As a member of the On the Go team, which serves customers within Service Trade, Petrol chains and General Merchandise. I had a multifunctional role consisting of acting key account manager within the General Merchandise area, and supporting the team with promotional planning and analysis.Working as a Key Account Manager within General merchandise, my accounts included a wide range of customers from Consumer Electronics chains and Hardware stores to Office Supply companies. Main objectives were to develop sustainable partnerships - focusing on checkout line coolers, promotional plans and finding new ways to sell and promote market leading consumer beverage brands.Working with promotional planning and analysis, I supported my colleagues by analysing historical sales data, product groupings, rebate structures and investment allocations to manage promotions for major customers within Service Trade and Petrol chains. I applied my analytical skills to do follow ups, find improvement areas and recommendations for the rest of the team to spread to their customers - creating a basis for better and more effective promotions ahead.
