I have worked in companies such as Minera Yanacocha, Ferreyros, Komatsu Mitsui, AESA, among others, also advising mining companies such as Xstrata, Antamina, Pierina, Cerro Verde, and Alumbrera mine from Argentina, Escondida and Spence mine from Chile. Currently, where I am, I lead the vision and organizational strategic plan for maintenance´s service contract, engineering development, and repair of equipments and components, I optimize processes, and implement tactical operational mechanisms, obtaining an efficient work process.I have experience implementing and leading the areas of reliability, planning, predictive, and engineering, as well as preparing Opex and Capex budgets, contract management, product support, supply chain, warehouse and inventory management, as well as in the development of suppliers, always promoting continuous improvement, optimization and standardization of processes, and maximization of productivity.I have a Master's Degree in Operations Management from CENTRUM, an Industrial Engineer from the UPN and a Mechanical Technician with 25 years of work experience, an Asset Manager certified by the IAM (ID:1042501830), and a part-time teacher.I consider myself a leader in continuous improvement, oriented to generating value, and, personal and professional challenges.
