Manage large real estate portfolio composed of 6 industrial parks with 15 buildings and 710,000 sq. ft. of leasable space owned by large privately held investment trust in San Diego's Otay Mesa. Primary duties include budget development and management, oversee capital projects, develop and implement building maintenance programs, maintain tenant/vendor relations, oversee legal issues, prepare monthly/quarterly/annual reports, budgets, and CAM reconciliations.

Manage operational budget overseeing contractor and supplier bid process, quote requests, develop work and purchase orders, review and approve invoices and process check request orders.Supervise project structural and civil engineers, architects and subcontractors responsible for various project objectives and tasks ensuring timely completion of work within established project design and budget parameters.Produce financial reports including Actual vs. Budget Cost Analysis, Cash Flow Statement, Income Statement and Balance Sheet

Responsible for the interior and exterior physical spaces of the building, the building mechanical systems, small equipment repair and maintenance, kitchen and food sanitation compliance, audio/visual equipment set up, landscaping, space remodeling, system modifications, safety and compliance, and the daily operations of two student owned facilities composed of 110 student group and administrative offices, 15 retail spaces, 17 meeting rooms, 8 restaurants, and 1 grand ballroom.
