    PMO MANAGERRed Compartida Project: Red Compartida project is the largest telecommunications project in Mexico. It is a 4.5G voice and data cellular network that transforms 700 MHz into a mobile service with greater coverage, estimates a deployment of more than 8000 sites that must be installed in 5 years.Responsibilities:• Led the project office to ensure that the quality of the project met the standards set by Nokia and the Client.• Responsible for creating the entire process structure to interact with Altan networks, • Responsible for monitoring and controlling project activities as a program, identifying deviations from the plan and presenting progress and deviations to Altan • Responsible for optimizing the organization of the deployment area to achieve compliance with cost baseline• Responsible for keeping a detailed control of customer acceptances• Responsible for keeping track of the delivery forecasts of the entire project• Responsible for creating a program to execute savings actions for the program.Achievements:• Consolidated the interaction processes between Nokia and Altan in a record time of 3 months.• Consolidated in a single report effectively the information of acceptances and billing of the entire program, managing to unify an only source of information for all stakeholders.• With the finance and delivery area, I created a dasboard that allowed to consolidate the vision of project forecast vs monthly, quarterly, and annual billing forecast. This was the basis for many reports sent to Nokia's top management.• I coordinated the creation of a general master tracker that allowed to monitor the progress of the different milestones and milestones of the project from beginning to end and that was interactive between the client and Nokia.• Through the analysis and integration of information from the operational areas, I was able to establish a cost savings program, this program generated savings for Nokia of more than one million euros.

    Proyecto Telefonica Juniper and Cisco Core Standarization.Responsibilities:• As a Program Manager I was responsible for leading and coordinating a program to replace and standardize the security equipment of the Telefonica core (switches and firewalls) to Juniper technology, the scope of the project included installed 6 Juniper SRX 5800, 4 Juniper T4000 Routers, 10 Juniper SRX 3600, 25 Juniper SRX 3400 and 6 Cisco Multilayer Switches Nexus 7000 and monitoring tools such as Junos Express and NCM express.• My role as Program Manager was responsible for coordinating all the teams in the different regions of the client without causing disruptions to the cellular network.Achievements:• Successful implementation of the project was achieved without causing critical network disruptions.• I managed to strengthen the relationship with Telefónica in Mexico since at that particular moment of time the relationship was bad due to critical failures in other projects that were conducted with Nokia.• With the successful implementation of my project, subsequent sales of Juniper equipment were achieved for an approximate amount of four million euros in different regions of Latin America.• I managed to get the client to accept an innovative technology that at the time was unknown to the client. This was achieved with the coordination of multiple work workshops with the Juniper team to make an adequate transfer of the know-how of the teams, in addition to giving an exhaustive monitoring of the network and the post-implementation teams.• I became a key person within Nokia to discuss sensitive issues with the directors of telefónica derived from the trust obtained from me with the entire security area, this trust helped the directors of telefónica to provide us with their support when required by the organization.

Achievements:• Achieve the implementation of approximately thirty different initiatives that generated a revenue for Nokia of approximately 3 million euros.• I managed to help rescue important revenue for Telefónica by recovering logs from some old platforms that had not generated the billing logs correctly, thus helping the client to recover more than one million pesos of lost revenue.• I managed to unify all the developments that were underway as a program with long-term visibility since telefónica had many development initiatives working in parallel which generated confusion, loss of time and repetitive work, thus achieving significant savings in implementation times and working on priority developments.• I managed to channel all the development initiatives for the Collection Gateway platform in Nokia through me, being the only point of contact with the client for these initiatives.• Consolidating all the different projects in a single program, you can increase project revenue by 30% by reducing costs by eliminating repetitive work and giving correct priority to important projects.• I was assigned to the pre-sales team to give my opinion on sales for new developments.

I was responsible for coordinating and integrating 9 different subprojects such as Security, Wintel, Exchange, Active Directory, databases, Storage, monitoring and Field services in a single program that had the objective of controlling the day-to-day operation, maintenance and operation and handling of failures and replacements.Achievements:• For Kraft Latin America I managed to exceed the implementation objectives for the lan standardization project and reduce the time from 2 years to 1 1/2 years• For Kraft I achieved savings of 17% by consolidating and centralizing deliveries in regional warehouses in different countries.• I achieved improvements in the implementation times of the sites by reducing the lead time of the changes that allowed us to conclude the project 6 months earlier than established.• We managed to make the transition from a traditional voice or Voice over IP system as transparent as possible for end users through well-programmed trainings for end users in different countries, thus reducing failure reports to 50% of the estimate.
