Everyone loves to be at a great place to work. But, chances are that many organizations are not making the grade.Call it passion, intention or motivation - what drives me is, enabling organizations and their leadership in the quest to make work places more engaging and collaborative. That’s the purpose with which I’ve co-founded d’frens in 2005.My interactions with many businesses and their leaders and even more number of Gen-Y employees helped me understand diverse perspectives and stay ahead of the curve - be it technology or the changing attitudes. This helps me design the right engagement experience & balance that organizations are striving to create between employee expectations and company goals. I’ve been fortunate enough to be a core part of some of the largest and game changing employee engagement initiatives – be it culture & value alignment, leadership orientation, annual days or team building. The seed for all of this started at General Electric, an institution that could consistently sustain a great culture led by its values & vision. I was at GE for 6 years, in multiple IT management roles with the Nuclear, Energy and Corporate businesses. I have spent 4 years at Talisma as a CRM product manager. I have a degree in Electronics Engineering from Bangalore University and an MBA from S.P. Jain Institute of Management in Mumbai. When I am not busy designing the future workplace for clients, I sing for my band. After all, music teaches a great deal about engagement and experience.
