Ceap Coordinator
CurrentCollaborate with community partners through cooperative agreements to provide services to households who seek or receive utility assistance through grants or other local programs, including CEAP, general fund, or other funds to ensure the proposed programs are delivered.Build community service information programs that include the use of digital software, content, services and training; identify and implement business plans as it relates to special projects and reviews and edit program material.Assist to complete tasks including project revisions and audit discrepancies. Identifies and implements strategies to distribute community program information and knowledge to residents, agencies and other community stakeholders through digital, print or other new or traditional media channels.Gather, analyze, and reports key community and stakeholder information using a variety of methods for long and short-term work plans and projects.Coordinate, plan, develop, and implements key strategies for special projects; identifies framework and resources to develop community-wide planning.Identify, collaborate, implement, and lead in the development, promotion and assessment of client services including but not limited to education, literacy, transportation or other special projects.Collaborate and engage all sectors, individuals, local governing bodies, business, nonprofit, special interest groups, and other stakeholders in CEAP program.Interface and collaborate with agencies within the community to schedule meetings and events, and on cross-agency and cross County efforts with workforce, energy education, public and emergency services, civic engagement, and social connections.Engage in extensive outreach and liaison services to residents and other stakeholders for the CEAP program.
