I also headed IT sustainment, capability studies, and support activities for content management tools based in SharePoint.• Overseeing a remote team of 25 as we deployed IFS (an ERP SCM) in Azure in Government Community Cloud High for government security compliance purposes relating to a $2.5M budget.• Designing and rolling out a new Operations and Sustainment Plan, IT Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) cost template, a Deployment Strategy Plan, staffing plans, and a deployment strategy plan. This massive project was completed in partnership with multiple, cross-functional IT managers.
