Educational background as a lawyer (LLM) with additional exams in social psychology, philosophy and gender studies. Presently working as Head of Investigations at Starck & Partner AB and in charge of investigations of sexual harassment, harassment, discrimination and other types of suspected misconduct. My team together with our colleagues at Starck & Partner also perform organizational audit, investigative training, leadership development, organizational development, interim management, coachning, rehabilitation and independent investigations of cases initiated by whistleblowers.
