Setting up and maintaining new development process in compliance with central requirements while still being tailored to suit KSGS. Managing production requirements and being the central point of contact for our manufacturing partner.

Responsible for development of ray-tracing and acoustics simulations software, working with 3-dimensional and off-axis systems. In addition working with testing of components and systems to verify correct function as well as specifying component requirements to suppliers, and assistance in image processing development.

Consultant at one of Sweden's biggest consulting firms. Very varied assignments, though the longer running assignments I held were regarding machine vision in pharmaceutical packaging and function and system testing of camera systems in the automotive industry. I've additionally held multiple shorter assignments ranging from lens design and evaluation to control engineering and loading crane control.

Responsible for thin film coating, AR-coating, and thinning and polishing of InGaAsP diode lasers. I worked both with long term improvements of the process as well as immediate problem management. Important skills were prioritizing between the different projects and daily problem solving, the learning curve was very steep and a lot of projects were running simultaneously.

In-house consultant with focus on product concepts and prototype development for a large segment of costumers. I also did testing of components and sub-systems for the products and prototypes that were being developed. Being involved in the whole product development chain was a natural part of the work. My main focus were on the optical and electronic parts of the systems.
