As a system administrator, I have managed servers, storage, and other IT infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and availability. I also have extensive experience with Windows Server, using it to manage servers and other IT infrastructure. Moreover, I have worked with SCCM (System Center Configuration Manager) to deploy and manage software, perform updates and maintenance, and monitor system health. Additionally, my experience with Microsoft 365 includes, but not limited to, cloud-based solutions such as Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Teams. I have also worked extensively with the U.S. government, managing systems and telecommunications infrastructure for federal agencies.
