Zenith Bank the sixth largest bank in Africa with over 500 branches operates an in-house team in the property department responsible for the design, project and facility management of the bank's branch network and general property portfolio. The department is made of architects, structural engineers, mechanical engineers, electrical engineers and quantity surveyors. I was responsible for the supervision of this in-house team in the commercial nerve centre of Nigeria with over half the number of the bank's branch network, it included:- Expansion and construction of the bank's branch network in-line with the strategic vision of the bank through timely construction of branches.- Brand development.- As a member of the Tender committee of the bank, construction contracts were vetted and reviewed to ensure annual construction budgets are maintained.

Pioneer head of department of a start-up telecommunication firm were I recruited and put together the property department comprising of architects, electrical engineers, structural engineers, mechanical engineers and quantity surveyors.- Brand development for retail shops for maximum customers experience.- Design, construction and facilities management of Shop roll-out, data centres, call centres and mini-kiosks in major cities.- Managed project budgets of US$3.9 million for the new telecommunication firm.Achievements:Conceptualized and initiated the launching of mini-kiosks that increased monthly revenue by US$3 million (2007) and, within 8 months, catapulted company from last place to become Nigeria's 4th largest telecom provider. Was awarded "Most Effective Staff in Property Department" due to this initiative
