Re-engineering of the Claims management Process.After the success achieved with EuroTrade, I was assigned with the next operative process in importance for its volume and Client service: Claims handling.We created Marsh Live, another web based platform, where Clients can submit and handle their industrial losses, while checking online their coverage and settlements.The system also features document management, customizable workflows and alerts, financial transactions, back-office integration, communications and reporting.More than 300,000 claims are handled in the system, all lines of business, 2,800 online users.The system helped reduce the Claims processing time by 30%.
