With over 25 years of experience in the apparel business, I am passionate about driving the digital transformation of the industry with innovative and powerful solutions. As the Latin America Operations leader at Coats Digital, I oversee the development and implementation of software products designed specifically for the apparel, textile, and footwear sectors. I am also the CEO and founder of Improve Latinoamerica, a consulting firm that helps clients optimize their manufacturing operations and business growth through strategic planning, team work, and lean manufacturing. I have a master's degree in Computer/Information Technology Administration and Management, and another one in Lean Manufacturing / 6 Sigma.
