Focused on providing microservice validation tooling solutions for Procore Development teams.โข Delivering software tooling solutions, from ideation thru phased releases, with support material and metrics to drive adoption. Very small and resourceful team operating to increase ownership of quality & testing across 60+ teams. Leveling-up product development teams ownership by establishing, teaching and supporting test strategy, test planning, automated end to end testing, synthetic monitoring, quality metrics and gates.โข Providing vision, road map and managing the backlog for each of my teams, as the teams evolved from newly formed to high performing teams.โข Acting Product Manager, Project Manager, Agile Coach and Engineering Manager. Evangelizing API as a Product across the Product and Technology org, presenting the initiative to all levels in order to improve Procores approach to API development.
