Accomplishments:• Responsible for creating a multidisciplinary feasibility study (business model, value chain, customer offering) and project plan for market entry into Norway. The team successfully executed the project, resulting in Spendrups entering the Norwegian retail market for the first time ever, after several years of trying. We rapidly scaled the value chain from 0 to large two-figure MSEK/year in revenue, with minimal strain on working capital and a delivery accuracy >99%. • Collaborated with the team to devise a long-term business plan and financial forecast for Nordic expansion, while overseeing significant aspects of the work process.• Reduced distribution costs in Norway by >2 SEK/liter by improving collaboration with external partners, increasing focus and understanding of the overall business objectives among stakeholders, driving improvements in order management/warehousing/transportation and clarifying processes within product development/planning/purchasing.• Designed and established operations within S&OP and financial management, resulting in substantial improvements in cross functional collaboration, team decision-making and our ability to achieve overall goals.
