Everything is great until clients are involved, that's why you need an experienced, patient CSM like me.Helping people out has become less of a job and more of a habit since working in CS. The thanks, positive feedback, updates on how their work has been made better, or been published, or generally been appreciated are wonderful to receive. You always want more of that.But you can't always talk about work, because we're more than that. My clients will often know some exciting weekend plans, or about a marathon I've run recently, or the temperature of the sea in Copenhagen when we're winter swimming. And they'll maybe share about their vacation plans, cross-country cycling trips, or top 5 movies. And we'll be more than just faces on a screen.Helping people is the biggest part of my day, everyday. Regardless of where in the world people are, we all have challenges, questions, and gaps in our knowledge. We all need some help at some point.Originally from London, but I've spent the past 5 years in Copenhagen. Best decision ever.
