Helped grow Odecee from its humble 3-man team to over 160 exceptionally talented people before being acquired by Cognizant in 2014.During my time at Odecee, l held the following formal roles:Chief Engineer - 2014 to 2016Drove the strategic technology roadmap of our Digital and DevOps practices. My role was to focus both externally (market and customer) and internally (practice and people) to ensure the technology that our DevOps and Digital practices take to market delivers value to our customers technology initiatives.Head of Products and Innovation - 2011 to 2014Co-created the product business at Odecee, where we developed a number of products which we took to market.
