Each branch was gained from learning in different sections of the factory.- Teamwork; This transferable skill was important to keep work running efficiently, without teamwork the workplace cannot function. I was always a team player and enjoyed working in a team.- Leadership; This attribute was important as I was appointed head of the logistics department and was in charge of getting the trucks out on time, without clear communication and flexibility, I would not be a good leader to my fellow workers.- Logistics Management; This technical skill allowed me to plan and coordinate how much bread was to be sent to vendors. Without this skill it would be exceptionally hard to run my department.When looking back at my time in the bakery even though the job was hard and taxing I gained a lot of knowledge about the inner workings in a factory, I understand how different sections need to function in cohesion for the process to go smoothly.
