During my tenure at Foresight Energy (NYSE:FELP), I was responsible for establishing and leading the Accounting, Treasury, Tax, and IT functions. Hired to execute IPO and follow-on equity offerings and establish Treasury department. ✔ Led finance aspects of IPO and follow-on equity including structuring, documentation and active participation in investor roadshow;✔ Execute all aspects of the company’s initial $400 million credit agreement and $600 million bond offering;✔ Amended credit agreement to improve covenants and pricing while increasing facility to $500 million;✔ Designed cash management systems, cashflow forecasting and implement Treasury-related SOX controls;✔ Managed $550 million surety bond portfolio and released all collateral requirements of CLD-owned mines.
