Arrange with garage for asphalt equipments or machinery repairs. Estimate quantities and cost of materials, equipment, or labor to determine project feasibility. Obtain all necessary permits and licenses for the manufacturing plants. Representation before Clients and their representatives. Negotiation of technical and economic aspects related to the contract with the client.
