MBA thesis - Designing partnership strategy on a B2B environment for scaling the scaffolding business line within Europe.- Designed a Partnership Program that offered 5 tailor-made support options to new commercial leads. Implemented key concepts such as Life Cycle Management, Digitalization, and Operations Management.- Advised on leveraging Peri's existing 10% market share of the total 2.4 billion European scaffolding market, through a new go-to-market strategy.

- Developed and executed a commercial strategy aimed to reduce GHG emissions of future PV power plants. Resulted in the creation of a CO2eq. index able to predict the climatic performance of upcoming projects.- Guided the counterpart performance and internal teams through 10+ cross functional workshops to gather and process technical internal information.
