Solid understanding of the server’s market and value proposition and how customers acquire and use server technology. Having to understand the customer’s business challenges /objectives to provide value added solutions within de server business unit scope as well as within HPE Composable Infraestructure scope and HPE Synergy.

Manage relationship with internal and external key customers; provide IT solutions and high standards on service delivery, following SLA agreed under best industry practices across Latin America Region, managing IT teams of 15+ professionals across the region.As main goal in this position is to maintain high level of customer satisfaction thru high quality service delivery to different level of the customers´ organization, controlling operation, achieving KPIs and maintaining a high engaged and results oriented team in front of the operation.Multi-Country and local team’s management, lead end user workplace services according business requirements with effective cost, coaching and leading people across the region.

Provide IT leadership to the $400 million Central America and Caribbean business reporting to the Latin America CIO. Manage a staff of 20+ IT professionals across 9 countries. Exercises staff oversight to ensure new operations plans, policies, procedures, and transition/migration plans are consistent with the overall company goals and objectives. Hold responsibility for IT staffing and budgeting projections on a company-wide basis. Champion change and effectively manages the implementation of business changes. Communicate effectively with internal clients to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions and strategies. Continually defines ways to increase internal client satisfaction and deepen client relationships. Provide senior level resolution to internal client issues. Manage the development of IT Staff.

Lead financial activities related to IT including planning, organization, direction, control and execution, for Opex, Capex, and headcount and project portfolio. Be liaison with business unit managers in order to ensure all business requirements were added to IT budget. Jointly with IT Director align budget with business goals. In a monthly basis prepare financial status reports addressing issues as appropriate, lends expertise to internal teams and task forces; enforces standard company policies and procedures.

Lead IT fusion tasks for operations between Kraft Foods and Nabisco in Costa Rica and Panama. Primary duties included support and standardization of new business processes and IT infrastructure implementation. Support and inventory control of applications used, develop and implement the most efficient and cost-effective solutions, evaluate system specifications for business requirements, develop and prepare computer solutions, works closely with management to prioritize business goals and information needs
