I have 31 years of experience in naval engineering, working in following business areas: shipyards (naval design), classification society and offshore shipping company.In this last phase, I had the privilege of working in Siem Offshore of Brazil SA, a Brazilian Offshore Shipping Company, for 14 years and I was responsible for the commercial area and the new building program undertaken by Siem Offshore Group in Brazil.In 2015, I finished my MBA in Energy Business by FGV, aiming to expand the range of knowledge in some segments of exploration / production of energy and their markets, considering the potential future of renovable energy associated with the sea, such as: offshore wind energy, tide and waves energy, as well as the second generation biodiesel production by algae.Acting by NP Consultoria I finished in Feb/2018 our last consultation, together with Synthetis Consultoria, supporting Hidrovias do Brasil in the Building Contracts for three pusherboats in ERIN Shipyard. I am currently acting as Technical Director of CV Interilhas, a company of the ETE Group from Portugal, responsible for the transportation of passengers and cargo between the islands of the Cape Verde archipelago.
