With a certification in project management, I led a team of over 100 staff and contractors as an Operations Manager at COVID-19 Quarantine Victoria (CQV), the organization responsible for delivering quarantine services for international arrivals in Victoria. I oversaw the daily operations, managed the budget and resources, coordinated with stakeholders, and implemented quality and compliance standards. We achieved high levels of customer satisfaction, staff engagement, and operational efficiency, while ensuring the health and safety of our guests and staff. Before becoming an Operations Manager, I was a Team Leader at CQV, where I supervised and supported a team of Resident Support Officers who provided frontline services to quarantine guests. I also gained valuable experience in working with diverse and vulnerable populations as a Resident Support Officer at the Department of Justice and Community Safety, Victoria. My core competencies include people management, operations processes, and building strong relationships. I am motivated by the opportunity to make a positive impact on the community and the public health system through my work at CQV.
