Handling Projects for the Supply Chain in the Americas. Introducing NPIs, improving Productivity, On Time Delivery through the implementation of Lean techniques.

San Luis Potosí Electricity Meters plant at HONEYWELL produces around 1.4 Million meters for the Americas Market.- Administration and production control of the meters achieving: 20% productivity improvement), 25% FPY improvement), 10% OTTR improvement.- In charge of 200 direct manufacturing employees, following and supporting implementation of HOS (Honeywell Operational System), being direct responsible for 5s, Visual Managemnet, SMED.- Transfer and Rampu of 8 production lunes from Raliegh (NC, US), being responsible for the operators training, Know-How transfer, developing supervisors, line lieaders and employees.

Hanningfield designs and delivers powder handling machinery for the food and pharma industry. It designs hoist, containers, grinders, size reduction mills, for hygienic and clean production environments. Responsible for the planning and execution of the production and subcontractors  Lean techniques implementation (5s, standardization, kanban) and OEE improvement.  Plant movment and new layout design.

Lecturer in the different Lean Manufacturing tools (5s, Kaizen, VSM, Standardization, TPM, SMED, Visual Management, etc.) under the Postgraduate division (Logistics and Production postgraduate program).

Responsible for the leadership of the Foam Production Plant, that works as an internal supplier of foam slices for automobile headliners assembly. In charge of 12 staff in a 24h operation site. Implementing Lean manufacturing techniques like 5s, TPM, visual Management, Standardization of operations focused on improve the process outputs and KPIs. Support the ISO 14000, ISO/TS16949 certifications.

Implementation of Journey to Process Excellence (Process Basics) within the Quality & Business Improvement team as Final Project for the MSc in Manufacturing Engineering.

• Lean manufacturing tools implementation for production and assembly line.• Process alignment, team work creation, 5s´ implementation, Improvement of KPI´s as OEE, Scrap reduction, Cp - Cpk, and Participatory Ergonomics implementation.• In charge of 200 people team to produce almost 600.000 water meters per year (Aprox. 7.8 M£ sales per year).• Maintain the ISO 9001, ISO 14001 certifications and ISO 17025 accreditation.

Responsible for the compliance of the area´s production schedule, Quality , Health and Safety, and Environment standardsIn charge of 50 staff and 32 moulding machines producing around 3 million pieces per month.Improvement of KPI´s as OEE, Scrap reduction, Cp & Cpk, people training, waste management, inventories administration & reduction.

Responsible for the compliance of the deliveries schedule, and on time delivery of the area, In charge of 70 staff delivering around 600.000 water meters per yearImprovement of quality standard of water meters, responsible for ISO 9000 standards, and attend audits by customers.
